Public surgeries: To reserve your surgery spot, apply online under the “Schedule “button or call us at 704-600-6100. We do not accept walk-ins. We require a deposit to book your appointment and hold your slot. You can still add additional service on the morning of surgery. Once the surgery is scheduled, you can reschedule one time before losing your pre-payment if you notify us 24 hours before your appointment. No-shows on the morning of surgery may lose their deposit.
WE ACCEPT THE FOLLOWING FORMS OF PAYMENT:
Credit Cards
VISA, Mastercard, and Discover ONLY
A 3% credit card processing charge is applied to card payments.
NO CHECKS
We do not accept personal checks.
No CARECREDIT
We do not accept CareCredit at this time.
**A late fee of $25 will be charged if a pet is not picked up at the designated time of 4pm the same day. We close our building promptly at 4pm after all the animals have been picked up. Any animal not picked up at 4pm will be transferred to the local animal shelter. Animal owners are responsible for reclaiming their animal at the animal shelter and paying the associated fees. SNIP is not responsible for personal items brought in with a pet. Thank you for respecting our policies so that our Clinic may continue to provide low-cost surgeries.”**
